At the helm is founder and Managing Director Simon Ruben, a narrative-led creative director and producer with an MA in Mythology. With over 20 years’ experience across broadcast, commercials, documentary, branded and social content, Simon brings a narrative-first, emotion-focused approach to every brief. Alongside leading ArtemisFilms, he continues to deliver projects as a creative director and producer-director.
Simon has also designed and delivered creative and technical training to hundreds of journalists and communications teams across industries.
With personal ties to the health and life sciences space—as a parent of a child with type 1 diabetes and through lived experience of chronic illness—Simon is especially passionate about work that drives real impact in this sector, blending empathy with strategy to tell stories that matter.
